Job Responsibility

• The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and supporting POS software solutions for both clients and internal use. They will execute basic digital marketing activities, design promotional graphics for social media and branding, and manage full-cycle customer support including pre-sale inquiries, post-sale follow-ups, and client satisfaction. Content creation will also be key—ranging from blog writing to producing reel videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Additional responsibilities include planning and monitoring team performance, conducting reseller training sessions, and developing and managing online training content for Sherazi Academy. The candidate will be expected to engage in continuous self-development and market research to enhance their own skillset and contribute to company growth. Project management duties will include handling timelines, coordinating team deliverables, and supporting inter-departmental collaboration. Furthermore, the role will involve managing live streaming events, overseeing documentation and compliance processes, moderating social media communities, and ensuring comprehensive after-sales support. The candidate must be adaptable and ready to contribute to any other operational activities as required, etc.

Educational Requirement

• Minimum HSC or equivalent

Experience Requirement

• Not mandatory, but prior work in any related area is a plus.
